Planned Maintenance

Our planned services include regular window / communal cleaning visits, general gardening services and the maintenance of walkways and car parks. We also undertake planned communal and external redecoration and regular maintenance of rainwater goods and external roof inspections in order to reduce the costs incurred by poor maintenance.

Reactive Maintenance

Our maintenance teams also undertake a wide range of reactive maintenance services including roof work, from repairs to full slating, tiling and lead work installations, gutter repairs and replacement, uPVC installation and repairs, pointing and brickwork, plastering , rendering, and most types of external ground works.
