We are able to support the needs all of our clients from the landlord with one property and those with large portfolios, small to large management companies and housing associations.

We undertake all types of building maintenance such as roof work, uPVC installation and maintenance, rainwater goods installation and maintenance, brickwork, tiling, pointing, rendering, plastering, internal and external redecoration, joinery, flagging etc.

To assist you in your day to day maintenance issues, we are able to assist in the planning of short, medium and long term maintenance projects, to minimise the impact of larger costings due to poor maintenance regimes, and enable best use of your budget and resources.

Costings can be provided at the planning stage to enable the customer to budget more easily, being better able to predict future expenditure minimising the surprise and inconvenience of unexpected outlays.
Monaghan comply with all Health and Safety regulations as is expected of a company of our size and quality and have a good understanding of CDM regulations enabling us to assist with larger projects and with IOSH qualifications, advise on the safest way to complete a project whilst maintaining quality and value for money.
Monaghan will also support other tradesman to enable a project to be completed for example, undertake the groundwork so that electrical gates can be fitted or provide safe access so a surveyor can assess an awkward issue at height.
Monaghan can also provide trace and access services to establish the cause of leaks not only in residential properties but also in multi-occupancy buildings managed by residential management companies.
