Monaghan offer a wide range of plastering services. Whether it be a small patching job before redecoration or full house re-skims for our landlord clients, to entire communal area back to brickwork and re-plastering for our commercial clients, we have the experience and skills to cope.
Internally we undertake float and skim, board and skim, including the installation and finishing of partitions and dot and dab boarded walls. We also have valued experience in the application of renovating plasters and internal renders after damp treatments for example.
Externally Monaghan can provide traditional rendered surfaces. We also offer maintenance surfaces to the likes of the K-rend finishes such as cleaning and the application of anti-algae sprays as recommended by the manufacturers.
